- I am having trouble with registration?
Please send us an email using the contact us form and we will be happy to help you set up your new account.
- What time do I need to order by for same day dispatch?
2:00pm (GMT) Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. UK orders dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday) and will arrive next working day. For all other countries send us an enquiry.
- What is the minimum order?
We do not have a minimum spend and the minimum order is one pack/bundle.
- Do you only sell in packs?
Yes. We are a wholesale website and sell all styles in packs ONLY!
- What size is a SM & ML?
SM is UK size 8/10 & ML 12/14.
- Do you sell plus sizes?
We do not currently stock plus sizes but please get in touch with us if this is something you would like to see us sell in the future.
- What happens if the items I want are not in stock?
If the items, you would like to purchase are not in stock you can send us the product number and details for further information on re-stock
- Do you send out samples?
No. We do not send out samples, but you can visit our Manchester Wholesale showroom to see our products. Our showroom information can be found at the bottom of the page.
- Can I use your images on my website?
Yes. Only if you have purchased the stock from us. Please see more on the use our images page.
- Can I pay by direct bank transfer?
Yes, you can. However please note that when choosing this option we have to receive payment before we can dispatch your order.
- Customer Services Department
You can contact us by telephone, Mon-Fri 10:00am-6pm & Sun 8am-3pm GMT. Please note that our offices are closed from 6pm on Friday and don't re-open until 9am on Monday. Any emails received over the weekend period will be responded to within immediately on Monday morning.
- Where's my tracking number?
We directly email all customers with a tracking number once the item is dispatched.
- What happens if an item I receive is faulty?
If you find any faults with your order you MUST notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact info@inoxclothing.com.
- VAT registration
If you have applied your VAT number and it is still display the incorrect information at the checkout. Please email us directly and the team will be happy to help.
- I haven't found what I am looking for
If there is something specific that you want and have not seen it online, please email us an image and we might just have it for you.
