Delivery Information

Damages, discrepancies & returns must be notified to us within 14 days of receiving goods by e-mail to info@leblossomwholesale.com , quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back. In the case of damages a photo of the fault should also be provided. Should you wish to return faulty item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving it. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order. We will not be able to accept any items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customisation or alteration

  • The item/s must be returned with a debit note enclosed.
  • Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post.
  • We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods.
  • We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
  • Refunds will be made once the items are received by us.
  • Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment.
  • Refunds can take 7 working days to reflect in your account.

First time customers must register before being able to order from us online. Registered users can log in using their email address & password. Once logged in simply add your selected items into the shopping cart, once you have reviewed your items and you are happy, proceed to checkout using our secure server. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated using our shipping system. UK customers have a standard shipping cost, for other export customers shipping cost will vary depending on the shipping location and the total weight of the order.

If you have a promotional code you can enter this into the box provided at checkout. The total amount will then be recalculated and confirmed before you make payment.

There is no minimum order value though all items are sold in packs of usually 6 pieces (each pack contains a full size ratio).

Import Duty And Other Taxes

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU are solely responsible for all duties and import taxes.

These charges are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Delivery

When placing your order you can choose from shipping, arrange your own courier and collect from store. If you are arranging your own shipment then please choose to arrange your own courier and inform us by either telephone or email what company you will be using and when this will be collected. If you will be collecting the order from our Manchester showroom you are welcome to collect during our opening hours.

UK Standard shipping is next day delivery if you place an order before 2:00pm GMT, excluding weekends and free delivery for orders over £400.00.

The delivery time for Europe is approximately 2 working days but this may vary depending on your exact location.

International Customers shipment price will vary depending on your location and will be displayed at check out.

Once the order is paid and ready for shipment, shipment tracking number will be emailed in the shipping update email. If you need any further information regarding shipment tracking details.
